Today has turned out bright and happy, and this was a bright and happy ceremony. Sahasrara is so loving.

The room had a temperature of 26.0°C and I smudged it with Aromafume: Californian White Sage & Palo Santo. It was such a calming meditation from Samauma, complemently nicely by Cumaru Grey. A lovely positive day and I feel amazing.

The room had a temperature of 21.0°C and I smudged it with Aromafume: Californian White Sage & Frankincense. What a lovely deep meditation, mainly from Vynya, but actually Cumaru Grey was really good and peaceful here too. I feel so relaxed and positive.

On 21/07/2023, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a large amount of Katukina: Cumaru Grey, and in the right nostril, a very large amount of Kaxinawa: Iban. The room had a temperature of 21.0°C and I smudged it with Palo Santo. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "5D Music 999 Hz Oneness Raise Your Vibrational Frequency Nature Music 444Hz Music".

Iban had a very long-lasting burn in the nose, but brought a very deep meditation and cleared my mind beautifully.

On 30/05/2023, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a large amount of Katukina: Cumaru Grey, and in the right nostril, a very large amount of Shawandawa: Spiritual. The room had a temperature of 24.0°C and I smudged it with Aromafume: Californian White Sage & Frankincense. This was the first time for Spiritual in the right nostril and it brought a lot of peace. Just what I needed to end my day.

Just a really deep and quiet meditation to end my long weekend. What a blessing these past few days have been - so positive and calming.

Cumaru Grey was the best I've known it, bringing much calm. Floresta was even more profound, and it cleared my mind from my very busy day.

The room had a temperature of 23.5°C and I smudged it with Aromafume: Lavender & Californian White Sage. This meditation was a bit on the milder side, but I guess it's because it's just a calm day. I feel really good afterwards - so positive.

This was a lovely peaceful and calming meditation. It's a nice calm and positive day today.

Yet another truly loving and profound meditation from Samauma. I feel grounded and very positive.

I found so much peace in this ceremony. It's a peaceful day, despite being rainy. Cumaru Grey was nicer than normal, and I noticed its candy-line aroma going in. Samauma was profound as always.

It was a little mild (not helped by my slight hangover) but it was a relaxing and rather grounding meditation and I feel so much better.

Bonatur was a little rough and still a little on the subtle side, but brought a nice calmness. Cumaru Grey was more profound and I had a really relaxing and deep experience.

Just what I needed - a wonderful deep meditation and very loving. I'm now ready for my day!

I decided to give Tipy the star role here. It sort of work. It's a potent rapé, but I didn't go as deep as I wanted. The jury is still out on this one. Nevertheless a lovely peaceful meditation.

Wow, Cumaru Grey was really profound on this one. Maybe it's just an excellent left-nostril rapé. A beautiful profound meditation after a busy few hours.

I don't know if these two rapés are so good for the first ceremony of the day, because it was a very subdued meditation. Nevertheless peaceful.

Rawaputu really needs to be exclusively a right-nostril rapé, as it's truly profound. This would have been better with the rapés the other way round, but what an incredible experience this was!

A wonderfully profound meditation. Love was surprisingly very calming and truly lovely.

It was a pleasant early morning meditation and I held the line and did what I could with it, but it was a bit mild. Nevertheless relaxing.

It was a decent meditation, but my mind was a bit jittery for some reason and couldn't settle.

It's a pity this was so rushed, causing mind-chatter, etc., but it was a deep and very loving meditation, with potent blends.

Bonatur really is mild! This new Cumaru Grey though is quite profound. I need to do a lot more work with it, but it brings deep love and calm.

I tried the second my new rapés, Cumaru Grey, which is another quite early rapé. I must say, Capim Santo is really impressing me, and I should should give it a go in the right nostril, as it was truly potent in this one. Cumaru Grey is also really good. It's as shame I was so rushed.
